I’m thrilled to announce that my Lightroom 5 book, Lightroom 5: Streamlining Your Digital Photography Process, is available and shipping! In fact it seems to have reached many of you already.
Please check out the dedicated page for the book available that includes links to all of the figures in the book, as I feel this may make it easier to see some of the details in each figure.
Thanks so much for your interest in my book.

Found your book so informative, Scott Kelby advises his way which is fine but your book explains the options which I prefer.
My only question at the moment is, paper profiles – you briefly mention in your book how and where to obtain them but I can’t load them into my LR5 as I don’t know how or where to put them. My operating system is Windows 7
Appreciate any advice
Thanks

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your interest in my book. I’m glad you’ve found it helpful!
In regards to paper profiles, you can download them from the printer manufacturer or from the paper maker (sometimes that is the same entity). These typically come with an installer, or they should provide instructions for installing when you download. The profiles are not installed into Lightroom, but rather your operating system. Here is an example that should work for most profiles:
