		<description>Thanks for the great tips.  I think the folder layout is the first decision that you have to get right when using Lightroom.  You have to live with it.  Whatever style you pick (I have separate folders for each Year, Month and Day) it has to fit your work flow.  

BTW - Enjoyed the backyard pictures.</description>
